Privacy policy

This explains what Juki U collects and why.

What we keep

• Your email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password.
• Which lessons you've watched and where you stopped, so we can resume you.
• Your membership status and payment history (dates and amounts).

Payments

Card details are entered on a secure page run by Authorize.net and are never sent to our servers. We store only a reference that lets us bill your membership.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to play your lessons. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who sees your data

We use Cloudflare to host the site and store video, Authorize.net to take payments, and an email service to send password-reset messages. We don't sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account or export your data by contacting customerservice@jukijunkies.com.
